Genessa Nacional operates as an independent real estate agent under the Filipino Homes Philippines network in the Philippines. This website (https://genessahomes.com) is a personal property showcase to help buyers and renters find properties in Negros Oriental and across the Philippines.

2. What Information We Collect

We do not operate contact forms or user accounts. The only personal information we may receive is what you voluntarily provide when you contact us directly:

Your name and contact details (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or WeChat)

We do not collect IP addresses, cookies, or any tracking data beyond standard web server logs provided by our hosting provider. The only exception is a short-lived, non-reversible hash used to protect our AI interface from abuse (see section 5).

5. AI Interface

At https://genessahomes.com/mcp we provide an interface based on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Through it, AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude can retrieve our published listings, guides and blog articles when their users ask for them. The interface is read-only and does not send messages.

No personal data of the user is transmitted to us through the interface.
To prevent abuse, we briefly store a non-reversible hash of the IP address of the requesting service (rate limiting).
We count how often each function is used per day – without content and without IP addresses.
Searches that found no matching listing are stored without any reference to a person (search text, filters, time) to improve our offering. They are deleted after 90 days.
What you discuss with your AI assistant is processed by its provider (e.g. OpenAI or Anthropic) under its own privacy policy. We have no influence on this.

6. Data Retention

Conversation records are kept only as long as needed to assist with your property search. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

You have the right to:
